Culzean Castle is a true fairy tale National Trust Castle on the Ayrshire coast. It is a huge place with beautifully manicured gardens complete with a fountain in front of the main facade. An outrageously beautiful dappled sky ensures that the foreground doesn't overpower the castle beyond and allows your eyes to be conducted on an appealing walk through the picture. It was a devil of a job waiting for this scene to clear of tourists though.
